FGP Pipeline Project Gathering

Project Description:

High Pressure and High Temperature Gas Injection Scope (14" wt=57.5mm) and Non-High Pressure and High Temperature Gas Injection Scope (18” and above) 

This scope of work covers 11 pipelines, 5 associated with the High-Pressure High Temperature gas injection system (HPHT) and 6 ‘Conventional’ pipelines for the FGP-WPMP project.

The HPHT pipelines consist of approximately 29.2 km of 14”x 57.5mm thick. X60 (underground) and F22 (aboveground) welding will be applied. 

The Conventional pipelines consist of approx. 37.8 km and have pipeline size (diameter) from 18” to 26”.

Works associated with the pipeline construction including, but not limited to; civil work (trenching, 93 each concrete expansion loop, 20 each anchor block, above ground pipe supports)  ROW maintenance, pipe transportation, stringing, pipe end counterboring, welding, PWHT, NDE, coating, strain gage installation on pipe, lowering in, 714 each trenchless and open-cut crossing, backfilling, gauging, cleaning, hydrotesting,  In Line Inspection, Drying, Nitrogen Purging ,reinstatement of ROW and systems completion shall be covered under this scope of work.
